China seminar outcome

In May the Imerys Refractory Minerals sales team Asia, in partnership with the local distributor Changxing Ceramics & Refractories and Chinese academics of Zhengzhou University and Wuhan University of Science & Technology has organized a technical meeting with 55 attendees coming from 33 different companies.

Presentations focused on andalusite and Molochite™ products for advanced refractories. Face to face meetings proved that Imerys Refractory Minerals can bring precious technical added value to its customers.

Hence, an extensive technical customer tour will be undertaken in Q3 2015. Imerys Refractory Minerals makes it a priority to understand the expectations and technologies of its customers. The wide range of products, expertise in transformation technologies and technical dialogue between research, marketing and customers (often combined with the development of solutions in the context of research partnerships) make it possible to respond more effectively to various applications.
